Description: I am an Industrial Engineer and have a degree on Social Anthropology a master on Microelectronicsand a Master on Organisational Psychology.
I worked for more than twenty years on industrial research and management: Scholar at the micro-electronics department of the Research Centre IKERLAN, Director of the Manufacturing Systems Research Department at the machine-tool group DANOBAT, Director of Production Engineering at the Research Centre TEKNIKER, General Manager at GOITEK SYSTEM, a production planning and control engineering company. At the moment i am responsible for projects coordination at MIK, the centre for industrial management innovation of the Mondragon Corporation. Main experience in the fields of manufacturing systems automation, production engineering and organisational development. I coordinated numerous national and European research projects (within the BRITE-EURAM, ESPRIT, IST, GROWTH and CRAFT programmes) as well as participating in several international projects (IBEROEKA and IMS programmes).
