Description: Alessandra is a senior research associate at the Young Foundation and before that, she was Head of Research at Demos. Her research interests are immigration, community cohesion and neighbourliness. Before joining Demos, Alessandra was a research fellow at the department of international Relations of the University of Birmingham, UK. She has a Masters in International Development and a doctorate in international relations.
