Description: I am Associate Director at the Young Foundation, a UK-based NGO. I head up Launchpad, our social ventures team which develops new social enterprises from idea to start-up and provides seed funding through the Health Launchpad and Learning Launchpad funds. I also directly lead one portfolio venture, Studio Schools, a radical new model high school. I was formerly with international business strategy consultancy McKinsey & Co, have done a turnaround of an award winning children’s NGO and was involved in establishing UnLtd a £120m fund for social entrepreneurs.
