DESIS exhibition, from Denver to Beijing

The Cumulus conference in Denver organized by the Rocky Mountain College for Art and Design featured a Design Expo. It combined both case studies collected during the DESIS Light Expo back in May 2011 at the Cumulus Conference at Strate College in Paris, and case studies from DESIS Labs in the US. Mariana Amatullo and Eduardo Strakowskij, curators of the exhibition, selected and presented the projects into different thematic areas.
The same criteria will be used in the Beijing exhibition, where the DESIS Exhibition will organically grow to include case studies from China. As such, the expo, as an ongoing and open sharing event, will continue to be enriched by the many projects collected around the world in the different DESIS Forums. Hence, it will become a valuable instrument of work and discussion on the global state of the art on social innovation and sustainability.
