From Sweden to the Czech Republic, more and more governments in European countries are working with social innovation organisations to explore how social innovation can be included as part of their innovation strategies. Now it’s the Netherlands' turn, but rather than it being a top down process, key SIX and SIE members - Chris Sigaloff and Marleen Stikker of Kennisland and Waag Society respectively, have come together and produced a social innovation manifesto, with recommendations for their government to get on board as well. We are watching closely for progress.
